Happy Independence Day! We took Bella and a group of people out for a 4th of July celebration. We cooked out and made our way out to anchor while the sun was still up. We were able to catch an amazing sunset right before the fireworks. Every year we can enjoy the fireworks show synchronized with music at either Burton Chase Park or Fisherman’s Village. Now with the boat, we offer incredible views from the water. People are able to charter a private yacht to get the ultimate close-up view. Make sure you find a properly licened to operate charters in the Marina for a fantastic 4th of July 2019!
“The fireworks start at 9 p.m. and last 20 minutes. This is a popular event, with visitors traveling to the area from throughout the Southland. Parking is limited and local street closures (see “Road Closures” below) are planned to commence as early as 1 p.m. in some areas. We recommend that you arrive no later than 1 p.m. and stay for the day.” Marina Del Rey Visitors Bureau
